On the Optimization of the Teaching Method for Volleyball Digging Skill and Empirical Study under the Guidance of the Innovative Concept
Abstract
Through literature review, seeking advice from the experts, and analysis of personal experience, and under the guidance of the innovative concept, also considering the learning reality of students, the traditional teaching methods for volleyball digging skills are integrated and optimized into a set of combined strategy for teaching the volleyball digging skills, namely a combined use of the three teaching methods: the goal setting method, the integrated method of both the small group teaching method and guided learning teaching method and the self assessment method. Experimental results show that the experimental class students excel the controlled class in the number of digging, the level of digging, the fighting capability, which indicate a significant difference, showing that the combined use of the three methods is effective in improving the students' digging skills and the classroom teaching efficiency.
