Abstract
To explore the curricular reform path for aerobics teaching in normal colleges, a panoramic attempt strategy which incorporates the procedures ranging from the basic attempt to the role attempt is put forth. Starting off from the panoramic attempt teaching, an actual effect analysis in terms of both the theoretic and practical perspectives is made of the various links involved in the classroom teaching of aerobics in association with relevant statistics. The results show that the aerobics teaching under the guidance of panoramic attempt teaching can bring obvious effect in promoting the comprehensive qualities in aspects like the autonomous learning, mutual learning, active thinking, professional technology, professional skills and the students' emotional quotient, and therefore it is a teaching mode worth popularizing in the normal colleges and universities
