The Cultivation of Teachers’ Professional Abilities for Normal Students after the Amending of Teachers Qualification Accreditation

  • By means of problem analysis about the cultivation of teachers’ professional skills for normal students, it is suggested that the curriculum system of normal education catering for the needs of professional abilities be established, and the teachers’ professional ability of normal education be prompted; the pre-service cultivation of normal students be strengthened and the innovative teaching abilities be encouraged; the effective approaches for the cultivation of the teachers professional abilities be explored and initiated, so as to speed up the development of normal education to adapt for the basic education reform
