On the Construction of College PE Hidden Curriculum in China
Abstract
A preliminary discussion is made of the significance for the construction of a college P.E. hidden curriculum and a brief description is done about the property of the hidden curriculum from the four aspects of material conditions, culture, spiritual being and mechanism. And the relationship between the dominant and hidden curriculums is analyzed and suggestions are put forth: a stronger support from the school management, the enhancement of the college teachers' overall recognition of the PE hidden curriculum, the building-up of a stronger campus sports atmosphere, so as to bring into full play the holistic efficacy of the PE courses and meet the needs of college sports curriculum reform
