Review of Consumer Behavior Studies in Domestic Fitness Clubs
Abstract
Through searching and sorting the relevant literature studying consumer behavior in domestic fitness clubs, it is found that the current research perspectives is diversified and interdisciplinary research is on the increase. In addition, the research is chiefly based on qualitative analysis, and questionnaire survey is the main tool for data acquisition. A comparative study is made of research achievements in terms of the consumer motivation, consumer behavior, satisfaction evaluation and the influencing factors in different types of urban fitness clubs, on the basis of which the current research achievements are reviewed and the future research trend is predicted in hope of providing practical suggestions for reference for future consumer behavior study in our country.
