On the Logical Structure of Chinese Culture’s Going-out Strategy
Abstract
The Chinese culture’s going-out strategy was set when the Chinese economy had gone out. Such strategy has gone through two stages: the opening strategy of going-out with macro-construction as orientation and implementation of culture’s going-out from the very beginning, and strategy which speeds up the cultural development and supports in a great effort those key enterprises with culture export as orientation. Such two stages have reflected strategic changes of Chinese culture of Chinese top and meanwhile expanded the influence of Chinese culture around the world.
