A Reflection on Honest Construction of Student Cadres in Universities

The student cadres are the backbones in both students’ and league’s affairs. And they play a part as a bridge between students and university authorities. In addition, they convey students’ ideas to universities or vice versa. However, there exist some problems among these cadres, like utilitarianism in their mind and bureaucracy in their words and action. To strengthen the construction of the honest administration among student cadres, we should advocate the fair participation, systematized management, publicized comparison and assessment. On top of that, we should enhance the guidance of student cadres and help them cultivate the consciousness that they serve the public cleanly and honestly.
