A Study of Training of Normal University Students’Teaching Skills with Employment Orientation

The good teaching skills are the condition for the successful employment of normal university students as well as the basis for their future development. Therefore, we should study their causes from three aspects: universities, teachers and normal university students. Accordingly, we can improve such skills of them with teachers’ updated educational conceptions, optimized curriculum, strengthened construction of teaching stuff, cultivation of students’ sense of professional identity.
