Abstract
There are two shortages in the traditional evaluation system of teaching: stressing knowledge and neglecting ability, and valuing summarized evaluation and overlooking formative evaluation. The formative evaluation is the teaching evaluation made immediately on the content in teaching progress. Such evaluation can effectively promote the building and formation of students’ intelligence structure. And there are three kinds of indexes: result, experience and performance.
