  • As the mainstream of Chinese traditional culture, Confucianism has long played a nuclear role in Chinese social values. The Confucian ethic values have obtained their rationality for some inherent reasons. Generally, the construction of Confucian ethic norms takes the affirmation of values as their logical premise. The origin of Confucian values has been oriented not only to the ultimate existence, but more to man. Their connotation embodies the internal moral values and the external social values of groups as well. Under the influence of temperament and rites, the Confucian ethic values are realized in practice.
