Teachers as the Course Resource: A New Interpretation of Teachers

The curriculum resource is an important concept which was put forward and has drawn people’s attention immediately in the new curriculum reform. And it is the basis for the curriculum design, development and implementation. And teachers are not only the subjects of the curriculum but an important curriculum resource. To treat teachers as the curriculum is helpful to enrich the connotation of curriculum resource, stress teachers as subject, reconstruct the teacher-student relation and drive teachers to study actively.
