A Study of Fairness in Rural Education and Its Coping Strategies: A Perspective of Equalization of Public Service

  • The educational fairness is the key content to improve equalization of basic public service in both rural and urban areas and to realize social justice. Since the opening and reform, we have made great progress in economy, yet there still exists great rural-urban gap. And inequality in education of people in rural and urban areas is such an example. This may be due to economic reason or system and policy. It is the main way to realize educational fairness to develop great rural economy, increase the financial investment, improve supervision and accountability, and strengthen the construction of teaching staff.
