Dialectical Thinking of the Speed Kernel Idea in the Triple Jump
Abstract
An excellent run-up speed for the triple jump athletes is essential for acquiring superior performance, and the great importance of the run-up speed is also widely accepted in the circle of sports, however, the technology of triple jump is a relatively complex in the track and field events. It has certain requirements for other qualities of the body. If too much emphasis is laid on the importance of speed, it might affect the attention of other factors, such as the injuries of the lower limbs, the accuracy of stepping on the pedal, the maintaining of the body balance in the triple jump. The paper is a dialectical discussion of the run-up speed control on the basis of a thorough affirmation of a nice run-up speed in achieving high performance.
