On Application of Developmental Evaluation in Piano Teaching

Teachers’ various evaluation behaviors play an important role in students’ growth. And the developmental evaluation pays much attention to the overall development of teachers as well as students. It is the new evaluation style which has attracted much attention in recent years to attach importance to individual difference. This is completely different the traditional way which is around distinguishing. If we refer to the characteristics of piano teaching and take some developmental evaluation, such as the contract studying, file cover evaluation, dynamic evaluation, introspection form evaluation and behavior evaluation, we will get great effect in teaching.
