On the New Development of Party Construction Theories since the 16th CPC National Congress

Since the 16 CPC National Congress, the central party committee with HU Jin-tao as General Secretary has stuck to the principles of emancipating minds, seeking truth from facts and progressing with times, and has proposed a series of new views and assertions which have greatly enriched the Marxist party construction theories which have played a great role in the practice of party construction. It is accordingly of great theoretical and practical significance to generalize and study the innovative achievements in party construction theories since the 16 CPC National Congress in the implementation of scientific view on development and the further improvement of party construction standard.
