On Innovation of Humanization of Educational Modes:A Case Study of Neijiang Normal University

The human oriented educational view is the view which is the employment of the scientific view on development in education. The reform of the traditional educational mode of higher education under the guidance of human oriented educational view must be enforced. The human oriented educational mode includes five parts: educational conception, operation system, evaluation system, management styles and campus culture. Only when the five parts work together can they perform the function of education.
