Abstract
By retrieving the developing process of the learning disabilities identification, and focusing mainly on the elaboration of the Intelligence-achievement discrepancy model, the Responsiveness-to-intervention model, the Dynamic Assessment model and comprehensive cognitive model, analysis is made of the Flynn Effect and Floor Effect problems arising from the current identification of learning disabilities in the hope of shedding some light on future identification of learning disabilities
