Abstract
Internet is of great popularity today. Customers’ reviews on a product or service emerge on the Microblog, Blog , BBS and Shopping websites. This paper is based on the analysis of reviews through classification, to show that not all product reviews are reliable; some are even fraudulent and mislead producers and consumers to make unwise decision. The paper aims to sum up the fraud view types and hidden techniques used in internet reviews and how to distinguish them through the analysis and research of fraudulent reviews.
