On the Educational Forms of Some Knowledge Points in Higher Geometry

  • Through the background review and pedagogical treatment of some of the knowledge points in higher geometry like “affine transformation” and “projective plane” and “cross ratio” and “complete quadrangle ” and “Pappus theorem”, “two dimensional projective coordinate system”, “polar shift”, the educational forms of the above knowledge points are presented, which serves as a means for students to internalize the fundamental concepts, enhance their level of understanding, and thus guide them towards a better application of higher geometry thoughts in the analysing and solving mathematical problems.
