On the Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education at Universities

The current situation of the effectiveness of ideological and political education at universities is not optimistic. The problems, such as the lag behind of the staff construction, the educatees, false education conceptions, stress on the theories and neglect of the practice, monotonous teaching methods and social environment, all lead to the lack of the effectiveness of such education. And the corresponding coping strategies should be taken in order to tackle these problems in the ideological and political education at universities and to provide the scientific theoretical basis for the educational innovation.
