A Probe into the Building of Shared Vision of Students’ Organizations
The concept “shared vision” is widely used in enterprises effectively. According to the features of students’ organizations and the shared vision, we bring such concept into students’ organizations in universities. Hence we can build the shared vision of the whole organization through the stimulation of students’ personal visions so that we can enhance the cohesive force of the organization.
