Mistakes in Notes to and Comments on Lyrics by GU Tai-qing

GU Tai-qing, a Manchu writer, has been honored as “the No. 1 female lyric composer in Qing Dynasty”, enjoying an equal fame with Nanlan Xingde, one of “the three top lyric composers in early Qing Dynasty”. Notes to and Comments on Lyrics by GU Tai-qing is the first noted edition in recent years in China. However, some notes are wrongly made or they lack nicety or sources. This paper has made an attempt in finding and correcting them.
