Knowledge, Approaches and Evaluation of Efficient Teaching

  • Efficient teaching, refers to the educational practice activities which takes effective knowledge as the learning activities object and aims to enhance the student’s effective development through effective means of activities and effective evaluation. In contrast to the academic form and educational form of knowledge, the learning form of knowledge is a more effective form which is helpful in promoting students’ development. According to the interaction modes between the teaching and learning activity, the teaching activities fall into three modes: the teaching-prio-to-learning mode; the learning-prior-to-teaching mode and the teaching-learning-dialogue mode, of which the practice form of teaching dialogue is called conversational explanation. Based on the interaction mode between evaluation and the learning activities, the learning evaluation can be divided into the evaluation of learning, the evaluation for learning, the within-learning evaluation. Effective development is a process by which to realize the advanced goal and is also a process of students’ active development and a process of students’ life development as well.
