Abstract
In context of the almost stagnant managerial effictiveness resulted from imcompatibility between the software functions of the credit system and the actual needs of teaching management, starting off from analysis of the current management software in use under the credit system, and coupled with typical examples, the approach for setting up a new information management framework that combines the individuality and commonness under the credit system, is put forth. Such a system, once put in place, can drastically enhance the teaching managerial efficiency in colleges and universities.
