Reflections on the Improvement of Evaluation System of Teachers ’ Performance In Universities
Abstract
The evaluation of teachers’ performance is an important part of education evaluation in universities. And it plays a key role in improving the teachers’ professional development and raising educational quality. In addition, it is a difficult point in the teachers’ management. Such evaluation of teachers’ performance in universities should stick to the principles of scientificity, fairness, otherness, practicality and systemization. Meanwhile, the evaluation system should be standardized. On this basis, we can establish scientific and reasonable evaluation system which matches the development of universities. Further, the management of such evaluation can be perfected.
