On the Realization of the Principle of Fairness and Justice in the Reform of Income Distribution

With the quick economic development, there still exist unfair phenomena in the distribution of people’s income, education, medical service and social security due to the unbalance of development in productive force. These bear greatly on people’s benefits. And the realization of fairness and justice is the basic requirement of socialism as well as the demand to practice the scientific view of development and construct harmonious socialist society. Therefore, the realization of fairness and justice through the government’s administration and law can be helpful not only to the harmonious, comprehensive and sustainable development but to the free and overall development of man. 6.Key words: reform in the distribution system of income; fairness and justice; harmonious society
