A Study of Input of Material Resource and Its Efficiency in Rural Primary & Junior Middle Schools in the Northwest Nationality Areas: A Case Study of Xingjiang, Ningxia and Gansu

There exist the problems in the storage of material resource as the gross inadequacy and low efficiency in the rural primary & junior middle schools of the Northwest nationality areas. Our government should strengthen the policy support to the education of the Northwest nationality areas and should be guided with the reasonable guiding principle and improve the efficiency of the current resources.
