Bilinear multiplier theorem with Besov regularity

This article aims to study the Fourier bilinear multiplier theorem with Besov regularity. The method of discretizing the multiplier operator into a single parameter binary convolution operator and weak duality is adopted. We obtain the boundedness of Fourier bilinear multiplier operators with Besov regularity, which extends the conclusion of Tomita and Fujita in reference.
