Development of the undergraduates PERMA flourish questionnaire based on Seligman flourish theory and its reliability and validity test

To develop the undergraduates PERMA flourish questionnaire, based on Seligman PERMA flourish model, combined with previous interviews and literature research, the first version questionnaire was developed, and 223 undergraduates were selected to complete the preliminary survey. And then a total of 527 undergraduates were formally tested through the formal version questionnaire, and 131 of them were retested after 6 weeks. The results showed that the undergraduates PERMA flourish questionnaire included 5 factors and 17 items. The model structure was well-fitted and stable, and the validity and reliability of each index were good. It verified the localization of Seligman's flourish theory in Chinese undergraduates, which can serve as an efficacious tool for measuring undergraduates' PERMA flourish.
