The Path Choice of Poverty Relief under the Perspective of “Five Development Concepts”—— A Case Study of F County, Anhui Province

The“Five Development Concepts”are of great guiding significance for the cultural poverty relief in the new era in China.Such poverty relief needs to take the“Five Development Concepts”as its internal value orientation and constantly enrich the connotation of itself.At present, the cultural poverty relief in F County is facing with the problems like the lagging innovation, improper coordination, lack of green industries, inadequate opening, and the feeble sharing.These problems can be solved from the following five aspects:adaptation to the tide of social development and deepening innovation, establishment of mechanism of scientific evaluation and comprehensive coordination, attention to the green poverty relief and elimination of unhealthy culture, absorption of social force and perfection of performance appraisal, and improving the sharing concept and reasonable allocation of resources.
