A Study of Evaluation System of University Teachers in Taiwan

At present, most universities in Taiwan have adopted the evaluation system of their teachers.Though having achieved some effects, it has brought some problems to be solved urgently.Through the sorting the evolution of such evaluation system, this paper has made an analysis on the content, features and difficult implementation of the system.
