Abstract
The Young Pioneers’ ritual education fits in well with the behaviorist psychology theory model.Based on the theory of behaviorist psychology, the current ritual education of young pioneers was put under examination for its lack of cognitive education and its boring content, resulting in the disconnection of ritual behavior and the weakening of the emotional experience and the behavior participation disorder, the tendency of behavior utilitarianism and the dysfunction of ritual functions due to the subordinate position the restraint of formalism.It is suggested that the principal concepts of behaviorist psychology be integrated to construct paths for ritual education of the young pioneers: (1) to educate through the deifying of the ritualized behaviors:to stimulate behavior change with ritual symbols; (2) to educate through role models:to promote the return of subjective value energy; (3) to educate through lectures:to strengthen the discipline of ritual behavior
