Synergistic Extraction of Totalflavonoids from Pomegranate Peel in Panzhihua by Joint Use of Cellulase and Ultrasonic Wave
Abstract
To study the synergistic extraction of flavonoids in Panzhihua pomegranate peel by ultrasonic-assisted cellulase method, the effects of ethanol volume fraction, solid-liquid ratio, enzymatic activity, ultrasonic power, extraction time and extraction temperature on the yield rate of total flavonoids are examined.By orthogonal experiment design, the optimal extraction conditions were acquired:when the enzyme activity is 20 U/mL, ultrasonic power is at 280 W, extraction time lasts 20 minutes, extraction temperature at 60℃, the yield rate of total flavonoids could reach 8.805%.The scavenging ability of extract for 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl free radical was stronger than vitamin C and rutin and the scavenging ability was of good dose-effect relationship.The experiment method can serve as a good means for the better utilization of Panzhihua pomegranate peel resource.
