Analysis of 4-in-1 Smart Community Emergency Management Mode Based on Big Data

Community is the basic unit of residents’ life.Its emergency management is not only important to people’s life and property safety, but also is an important criteria for a smart community.Based on the big data, an analysis is made of the smart community emergency management and from the four dimensions of information technology, organization management, principal operation and key services, a 4-in-1 mode for smart community management is constructed involving smart platforms, smart philosophy, smart subjects plus service.By aid of smart community construction and big data platform, supported by informatization means, efforts is made to explore the smart community emergency management modes so as to find some useful working methods for emergency management at the grassroots level.
