Analysis of the Co-ordinative Degree Between Tourism Industry and Regional Economy:A Case Study Of Zhangjiajie Tourism Industry

Tourism industry and regional economy promote each other and influence each other.The paper adopted the entropy value method, comprehensive evaluation model, the coupling coordination model and grey correlation method to investigate the zhangjiajie tourism industry between 2005 and 2015 to find out about the regional economic development level and the status of the coupling coordination.The results showed that: (1) the comprehensive development index of the tourism industry and regional economy of zhangjiajie from 2005 to 2015 took a steady improvement trend (with the exception of the two years of2008 and 2013) . (2) the coupling coordination degree is developing from the asymptotic coordination, primary coordination to intermediate coordination. (3) the type of tourism and economic coupling in zhangjiajie is one of an advanced type in the past11 years. (4) the influencing factors of tourism industry development in descending order in terms of the impact are as follows:domestic tourism income> domestic tourists number>foreign tourism income>the number of inbound tourism > A-level scenic spot number >travel agency > staff number above restricted quota> number of star-rated hotels.In view of this, Zhangjiajie should vigorously promote regional economic development, so as to further promote the coordinated development of tourism industry and regional economy.
