Relationship Between Genotype of High-risk Human Papillomavirus and Cervical Lesions

  • In order to explore the clinical application value of high risk human papillomavirus (HPV) genotype in cervical lesions, from July 2014 to July 2017, the high risk HPV-DNA test results of 136 patients afflicted with cervical disease in a hospital of Nanchong were taken as an example. Two or more groups of data were used for"2 test by SPSS 19.0 statistical software. The results showed that HPV-DNA infection was closely related to cervical lesions and age in high risk HPV-DNA detection. The positive rate of HPV also increased with the severity of cervical lesions (P < 0.01) , especially in Type 16 or 58;The single infection rate of HPV is relatively high in 3555 age group, and is prone to multiple infection. Therefore, the early screening method of HPV-DNA for cervical cancer and precancerous lesions has good predictive value and clinical significance.
