Relationship Between Genotype of High-risk Human Papillomavirus and Cervical Lesions
Graphical Abstract
Abstract
In order to explore the clinical application value of high risk human papillomavirus (HPV) genotype in cervical lesions, from July 2014 to July 2017, the high risk HPV-DNA test results of 136 patients afflicted with cervical disease in a hospital of Nanchong were taken as an example. Two or more groups of data were used for"2 test by SPSS 19.0 statistical software. The results showed that HPV-DNA infection was closely related to cervical lesions and age in high risk HPV-DNA detection. The positive rate of HPV also increased with the severity of cervical lesions (P < 0.01) , especially in Type 16 or 58;The single infection rate of HPV is relatively high in 3555 age group, and is prone to multiple infection. Therefore, the early screening method of HPV-DNA for cervical cancer and precancerous lesions has good predictive value and clinical significance.
