On Buddhist Thoughts and Religious Feelings in Tshangyang Gyatsho’s Poems

  • For a long time, the Tshangyang Gyatsho’s poems had been considered as “love ones”. As a matter of fact,
they are saint and pure, sorrowful but magnificent. The state of these poems can hardly be reached by other counterparts. In some poems, the poet revealed his craving for love in the human world. Nevertheless, his piety for Buddhism and love for all living creatures are reflected in his more works. The strong Buddhist thoughts and the religious feelings connoted in his poems are the expression of his care for vita and thinking over life.
