In order to strengthen the publicity job of CPC theories, efforts are made to explore the practice model of
“One principal Part, Two Constructs, Three Learns”, and the successful tips we acquire are as follows: in the learning of the- ories, to stick to three strengthens; in the theoretic staff, to adhere to three enhances; in theory publicity, to adhere to three focuses; in theoretic research, to adhere to three highlights. New reflections upon the strengthening job of publicity are put forth: priority should be given to measures like dependence on principal body, mastery of objects, clarified understanding of content, innovation of carriers, construction of platforms and perfection of mechanism, and etc. , thus to promote the effec- tiveness of grass-root publicity campaign.
