The“Eight-Step” Teaching Design of Function Defining the Monotonicity of Function
Abstract
Function monotonicity is one of the core concepts in senior high school mathematics,and it is a difficult point of teaching in that the learning process is conformance-based and affiliated with assimilation. The teaching process of function monotonicity can take the following8 steps: namely, draw, watch, say, describe, define, understand, apply and transfer. The process is illustrated with the design intention, which is conducive to the breakthrough of teaching difficulties.
