Research on The Hardening-seedling Technology of Tissue Culture Seedlings in Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo

The effects of cultivation period, length of roots, cutting adventitious roots and IBA treatment on the rootingrate, survival rate, withering rate and growth status were researched in this experiment, in which the tissue culture seedlings of T4 and OD-10 variety in Dendrobiumofficinalekimura et migo were used as experimental material. The results showed that the rooting rate, survival rate and growth status were better, but withering rate was lower after the tissue culture seedlings(2. 0cm in root length) of T4 and OD-10 variety was cultured for3 months. The cutting of adventitious roots enhanced the rooting rate but reduced the survival rate, yet also raised the withering rate. The rooting agent IBA treatment reduced the survival rate and the rooting rate of T4 variety but enhanced the survival rate and the rooting rate of OD-10 variety.
