Investigation and Analysis of the Current Situation on College Students Love-related Violence in Anhui Province

The study of the current situation about love violence in Anhui province and its influencing factors is becoming unusually urgent. A stratified cluster random sampling survey was conducted among2800 students in6 universities in the province in combination with some interviews. It was found that the incidence rate of College Students’ love-related violence in our province is relatively high, with the love-related violence rate reaching up to69. 8% among students in love. The factors like the individual, family and the learning environment are all found to have an effect on the occurrence of love-related vio- lence. Therefore, to enhance the self-protection awareness of college students and reduce the occurrence of love-related violence is of vital importance in promoting the job of moral education and moral qualities in higher educational institutes.
