An Empirical Study of Practice of Reform in Civil Judgment Papers in China in the New Era

  • The publishing of New production Standards of People Courts’ civil Judgment Papers and Models of Civil Charging Documents marks the new period of our reform in civil judgment papers. According to clues of the principles of mak- ing these two documents by Supreme People’s Court and four important issues, this paper has examined the stubborn problems in China of the civil judgment papers including lack of standardization, formalization and administration. In addition, on the ba- sis of empirical analysis, it has probed into the new paths to reformation in civil judgment papers’ complicated and simple styles, standardization, individuation and eradication of uploading to internet with flaws from the new perspectives of“80/20 Rule” and enforcement efficiency.
