Onthe Application of BIM(BuildingInformation Modeling) in Green Building

With the incessant development of information technology, the environmental problems are looming large.BIM and greenbuildings are gain ingpeople’s attention and find wide application in ourlife. A brief introduction is given of
BIM and green buildings and adiscussion is done to spo tthe fitting point for the development of BIM and green buildings. It is believed that green buildings provideBIM with aneven greate rplatformforits developmen and inturn BIM offers green buildings a better and more scientific technical support. Furthermore, from six perspectives of energy conservation and environmental protection, investigation is made about how to prompt the development of green buildings with the better use of BIM.
