On FiveResultant Forces for Strengthening College Students’ Legal Education

  • As an important part of higher education, the university students’ legal education is not simply the infusion oflegal knowledge, but the one combined with thought, knowledge and enjoyment. Under the background of popularization and internationalization of the higher education, the university students’ legal education should adapt itself to the full deepening of reform, show the orientation with moral as a means to cultivate people and moral education as priority, and meet the university students’ demand for overall development of morality, intelligence and aesthetics. Further, it should deal with the essential is- sues as“what kind of talents should we train?” and“How to train?” In addition, we should make great effort in strengthening the university students’ five resultant forces of their conception, direction, practice, creativity and environment.
