On the Reform of the Flipped Classroom Teaching of Aerobics in Physical Education
Abstract
A brief introduction to connotation of the flipped classroom teaching is done and analysis is done to spot the existing problems in the teaching of aerobics: the teaching method and the process of teaching are too formulaic, the content of teaching being too monotonous, incomplete means for evaluation. New idea for the reform of flipped classroom teaching is put forth: by application of the flipped classroom teaching method to improve the teaching process; the application of the flipped classroom teaching to verify the teaching content; and the application of the ideology to perfect the evaluation system, thus to renew the teaching methods of aerobics and enhance students’ interest in learning and the teaching quality.
