On the Teaching of World Literature under the Challenge of New Media

World Literature is a course with knowledge and theories as the maincontent. The channels of students' acquisition of knowledge tend to be diversified. Accordingly, the traditional teaching styles cannot meet the students' need. In this case, we should make innovation in terms of perfection of curriculuar system, expansion of teaching content and teaching methods. And we should also make great effort to explore the new teaching modes which are in accordance with our times. Only in this way can we adapt to the new situation and meet the challenge.
