The Anti-Japanese Propaganda Activities ofSichuan Working-classin the Early Anti-Japanese War: A Case Study of ChengduWorkers' Anti-Japanese Propaganda Group

  • In the early period of Anti-Japanese War, the Sichuan working class led by CPC conducted a series of propaganda activities. The Chengdu workers' anti-Japanese propaganda groupwere the main force of Chengdu working class which carried out their national salvation under the leadership of CPC. After its foundation, it made use of journals, gathering, lecture and demonstration, performance in the street, and putting up slogans. Through such propaganda, the CPC's policy of Anti-Japanese National United Front won great support among the people, which, accordingly, drove the Anti-Japanese salvation movement in Sichuan. The successful experience of Sichuan working class' Anti-Japanese propaganda activities led by CPC is of great inspiring significance.
