n Construction of Connection Mechanism between Political andIdeological Teachers and Political Counselors in Universities

The construction of the connection mechanism between the ideological teachers and political counselors is one of the ways of playing the full role of the main ideological and political course as the mainstream ideological education in universities. The universities' ideological teachers and political counselors are the main force of university students' ideological and political education. In order to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of university students' ideological and political education and achieve the common goal of education, we find it necessary and feasible to construct the connection mechanism between the two groups. However, there have been constraints of lacking communication between them for a long time. In order to construct the connection mechanism between the two, we should improve the organization and leadership, strengthen the communication, highly value the evaluation mechanism, play the expertise of the two teams and absorb the advantages from each other, so as to achieve the best effect of education.
