A study of the Paths of Ideological and Political Education inUniversities under the We-media Environment

The development of we-media has provided the universities' ideological and political education with new perspective and means. On the one hand, its information dissemination feature “multiple interaction, rapid reach and strong sense of participation” has brought the new opportunity of accelerating development for such education. On the other hand, its opening feature has brought the new challenge for it. According to the we-media's features, dissemination paths and the platform's characteristics, this paper holds that the political and ideological educators of universities should change their traditional conceptions, improve their ability education through media, build the official platform for the political and ideological education, construct a network for information collection and feedback, explore an urgent 020 mechanism(online and offline interaction), and expand the teaching staff of such education. Through these means, they can increasingly improve and innovate the means and modes for the political and ideological education of universities under the we-media environment.
