Only the freshmen are offered the course of An Introduction to Urban Track Traffic for the course itself does not have to take the teaching objects into consideration, however, for the sophomores and juniors, they have usually forgotten what it is about which they had learned in the first college year. This could not only have a serious negative impact upon their learning of the follow-up courses but also bring some bad effects upon their hunting of a job. In view of this, a teaching reform mode based on graded cultivation is put forth and the teaching content, method and evaluation means are designed according to the graded objects and the results of the reform are rather satisfactory.
